In The Wrong Job Then Are We?

A new online survey carried out by BUPA, the UK’s largest private healthcare provider, has identified some worrying trends in employee/employment appropriateness.

Albeit a relatively unscientific and informal survey, it shows that up to 75% of Brits are in the wrong job, according to the free online personality test that they are running.

Behavioral traits are relatively easy to measure online and as few as 18 questions, taking around 5 minutes can show you up in your true colors (and shapes, for that matter).

Using this information, it’s possible to make a pretty good guess at how well people fit into certain jobs and the survey takes this into account too, though with a fairly small list of jobs to base the outcomes of indivuduals who take part.

If you want to have a go at the test, for which BUPA will make a donation to a British charity, checkout this link www.bupaworld.com.

We’ll take a longer look at some of the numbers that came from the 2,300 (to date) survey over coming weeks - safe to say that our work at www.HowToLandYourDreamJob.com supports these findings and help people, worldwide find a better way, and how to make your work better for you.
