There’s an interesting article at Forbes.com, which talks all about whether it’s possible, or even useful to ‘beat’ a personality test (you can read the full article here).

Yet for me the whole issue of beating a personality test means that the person trying this on is missing a point. You see personality tests work for job candidates too.

Why would you want to beat a test that is supposed to fit you much tighter to a job that will suit you.

There are way too many folks out there in the wrong job already, patiently whiling their time away till they retire, without getting (and cheating for), the wrong job deliberately.

It just doesn’t make sense at all.

The challenge we all face, whether we like it or not, is that we are, unless we are very fortunate financially indeed, going to have to work for our living, some way or another.
