Well, That's OK!

Look, I understand your concern, it's easy to find all this 'stuff' on the internet and get sucked in, to find it isn't what you want.

And, after all, I know that you have a choice and I'm delighted that you made the decision that is right for you!

(Does this sound weird, me agreeing with your decision not to buy? Well, maybe, but I don't get any good feelings at all if I try to force potential customers with stuff that they aren't happy with. If so, I'd have sold double-glazing, and that ain't for me! It's just not who I am.)
